Since early childhood we have repressed our pain and fear, so as not to feel the hurts and rejections in our life.

But we have paid a hight price for this. We lack real contact and intimacy even in our closest relationships. They are unfilled and unfulfilling.

In this group you can release the pain and frustration cleaning the backlog of old emotions, leaving you free once again with open arms and heart, rejoicing in your aliveness and intimacy with yourself and others

Registration only previous experience with the Pulsation work or personal conversation with the group leader.

Price: 630.00 EUR plus room and board..

Accommodation in rooms of 4 (27€ / night) and vegetarian full board 28 €/day. These costs are payable locally.

Location: The group meets on the Baltic sea 120 northeast of Hamburg. Nearest train station is Grevesmühlen. Often you can travel with other participants from Hamburg. Otherwise the trains are easy, I am happy to help with information. www.bahn.de

This 9 Weekends can only be booked together.

This Weekend group provides an opportunity to engage over a longer period low on oneself and his inner process. It provides the framework to let go of old emotional baggage and deepen the new-found freedom and the inner silence and vitality and stabilize.

The basic understanding of Pulsation work is that we were not allowed to live out and express our natural impulses and emotions since early childhood. In order to survive in our society, we learn very quickly and thoroughly suppress these impulses and emotions to hold them back.

This reluctance is much about the breath, and the resulting voltages are chronically on duration and form the so-called "muscle armor '- we just live still on the back burner. In this group it comes to soften with the help of breath, movement and touch these tensions and to bring the "frozen" impulses to flow again.

The more we come up with the vibrant energy in us in contact, the more honest and authentic we can ourselves and others meet. , this group is suitable beginner and experienced. Location: Hamburg. Hours: Friday 19.30 - 22.00 clock, Saturday, 30.09 - 19.00 clock, Sunday 9.30 to about 16.00 clock.

One day group

This day is an invitation with movement, touch and breathing rituals again a bit more to come with him. In the Reichian body work is about the solution and the expression of suppressed and retained impulses and emotions.

this training is for people interested working with people using the wisdom of the body.

Prerequisite: participation in the 1 year selfexperiencial group or similar experience in self exploration.
